Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead for a Chase Branch in the United States. You will work with the Branch Manager and team to ensure accurate transactions, compliance with policies, and a strong customer experience by guiding daily operations and training staff.

You will lead cash handling, lobby management, and loss control, while promoting self-service options and building lasting client relationships across the branch. Weekend and evening hours are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in branch operations and staff guidance.
• Willingness to educate clients and refer to experts when needed.
• Familiarity with loss control, compliance and audits.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs while checking in.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices and ensure adherence to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits with the branch team.
