Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to join a vibrant branch team. You will work with the Branch Manager and staff to deliver exceptional service, manage daily operations, and ensure compliance with policies and banking regulations.

You will guide the team in cash handling, lobby management, and client onboarding while promoting self-service options to enhance the client experience. Strong leadership and retail banking experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-experience branch.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and check them into the queue.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM; resolve issues.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep branch secure and compliant.
