Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to oversee daily branch activities, ensure outstanding client experiences, and uphold rigorous compliance standards. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to drive operational excellence, manage client interactions, and promote self-service banking options.

The role requires a strong service mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team across busy hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

Ability to educate and coach branch staff and partners.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-service branch environment.
Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
Guide clients to self-service options and build lasting relationships.
Lead branch operations including cash devices; ensure accuracy and policy adherence.
Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
Maintain loss control, compliance, and audit readiness.
Support branch operations and management during all hours, including weekends.
