Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to drive exceptional client service and ensure precise, compliant branch operations. You will work closely with the Branch Manager and the team to create a welcoming, high-performing environment that reflects our service standards.

You will train and lead staff, promote self-service options, manage cash devices, and oversee loss control, safety, and audits while staying aligned with bank policies.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Detail-oriented and organized—able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Strong leadership and operational proficiency ensuring transaction accuracy.
• Ability to educate and keep the branch team informed.
• Excels at building relationships and guiding clients to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere, ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience and feels part of a dynamic community.
• Greet clients warmly, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear, polite communication to understand and help them effectively; check them into the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM; resolve client issues promptly while adhering to bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and collaborate to deliver seamless service and address specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking and enable 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support all aspects of branch operations including loss control, compliance, and audits.
