You will partner with the Branch Manager, coach the team, promote self-service options, manage cash devices, and maintain loss control and audits, while building strong client relationships and delivering an exceptional banking experience.

Qualificações

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail and stay organized.
• Lead and operate with proficiency, collaborating with the team.
• Educate the branch team and partners to stay informed.
• Build meaningful client connections and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Able to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs during visits.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like cash vault and ATM.
• Resolve client issues quickly while following bank policies and procedures.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support Branch Manager in loss control, compliance, and audits.
