Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to enhance our branch experience for clients and colleagues.

You will collaborate with the Branch Manager to maintain a welcoming atmosphere, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings while ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements. You will lead branch operations, supervise cash devices, resolve client issues, and coach the team.

Qualifications

• Adhere to bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to juggle tasks.
• Strong leadership and operational proficiency in a team.
• Educate and inform branch teammates and partners.
• Engage clients and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school degree or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Able to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication; anticipate needs during check-in.
• Lead branch operations and cash handling; resolve client issues with accuracy.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support branch operations including loss control, compliance, and audits.
