Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to drive a welcoming, efficient branch environment. You will partner with the Branch Manager to guide client transactions, maintain lobby flow, and promote digital self-service options, while upholding policy standards.

You will lead day-to-day branch operations, manage cash devices, and ensure compliance and loss control. A background in retail banking and strong client relations are essential.

Qualifications

• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintains keen eye for detail and stays organized to juggle tasks.
• Shows leadership and operational proficiency with transaction accuracy.
• Educates the branch team and partners to stay connected and informed.
• Builds meaningful client relationships and educates clients to refer to experts as needed.
• Has 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Holds a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Able to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM; resolve issues while following policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support all branch operations, maintaining high loss control, compliance, and audits.
