Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to be at the heart of our branch operations, working with the Branch Manager and team to ensure precise handling of transactions while adhering to policy and regulatory requirements.

You will promote self-service options, build lasting client relationships, and guide the branch through loss control and audits with a readiness to lead and develop staff.

Qualifications

• Adhere to bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain organization and attention to detail across tasks.
• Lead and educate branch team to stay connected and informed.
• Build meaningful client connections and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch environment.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and ensure policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep operations secure.
