Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Keep a keen eye for detail and stay organized to juggle multiple tasks.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency ensuring transaction accuracy.
• Educate branch team and partners and keep them informed.
• Build meaningful client relationships and refer clients to experts as needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand and help them effectively, checking them into the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices like cash vaults and ATMs, and ensure adherence to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking and enable 24/7 access.
• Support all aspects of branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audits.
