Job summary

Chase is looking for a Branch Operations Lead to join a busy branch, working alongside the Branch Manager and a team of experts. You will ensure precise handling of client transactions, compliance with policies, and a welcoming branch environment.

You will guide daily branch operations, promote self-service options, and reinforce loss control and audits. Training and travel for in-person sessions are part of the path to placement.

Qualifications

• Adhere to banking policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain attention to detail and stay organized while multitasking.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency in branch settings.
• Educate and keep the branch team and partners informed.
• Engage clients and refer to experts when needed.
• Minimum 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere in the branch.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and issue resolution.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support all aspects of branch operations, including loss control, compliance and audits.
