You will oversee lobby flow, encourage self-service, maintain loss control, and support audits, fostering a welcoming, compliant environment. This role requires 1+ years retail banking and availability for weekend/evening hours, with training through our Branch Operations Lead program.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Lead and educate branch team to stay informed and compliant.
• Educate clients and refer to experts when needed.
• Engage with clients to build trusted relationships.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED or foreign equivalent; ability to work weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions while managing lobby flow.
• Communicate clearly to understand and address client needs.
• Lead branch operations, cash devices, and adherence to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options to enable 24/7 access.
• Support loss control, compliance and audits; ensure smooth operations.
