Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to guide daily branch activities, ensure compliance, and foster strong client relationships. You will partner with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming environment, greet clients, assist with transactions, and promote self-service tools.

You will lead operations, manage cash devices, resolve issues with attention to detail, and educate the team to deliver consistent, high‑quality service. A strong focus on loss control and audits is expected.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Keen eye for detail and staying organized.
• Strong leadership and operational proficiency for transaction accuracy.
• Able to educate and keep the branch team and partners informed.
• Build meaningful connections and refer clients to experts when needed.
• Retail banking experience (1+ year) and ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Preferred: Associate Banker experience (6+ months) and college degree or military equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients warmly, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand and help them effectively.
• Lead branch operations including managing cash devices like cash vault and ATM; resolve issues while following policies.
• Introduce clients to the friendly branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Share self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Work with Branch Manager to support all branch operations, including loss control, compliance and audits.
