• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-service branch.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and guide them to services.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices, cash vault, and ATM, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Introduce clients to the team and assist with specialized financial needs to elevate service.
