Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to oversee daily branch activities and partner with the Branch Manager to elevate the client experience. You will guide lobby flow, manage cash devices, and train teammates while promoting self-service options to empower customers.

In this role you will ensure compliance, support audits, and build lasting relationships with clients and the community through hospitality and meticulous operations.

Qualifications

• Abide by policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Leadership in a collaborative team environment with operational proficiency.
• Ability to educate the branch team and partners.
• Build meaningful client relationships and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trust.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs while checking into the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs to elevate service.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients, available around the clock.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure and efficient.
