Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to oversee branch functions, ensuring a welcoming environment and accurate processing of transactions in Miami. You will partner with the Branch Manager to uphold policies, supervise staff, and drive exceptional client service.

The role requires strong leadership, retail banking experience, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. You will also promote self-service options and support audits and compliance programs.

Qualifications

• Adhere to bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Detail-oriented and well organized to juggle multiple tasks.
• Strong leadership and operations skills with focus on accuracy of transactions.
• Educate and empower branch team to stay informed.
• Engage clients and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience; ability to work weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch environment.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand and meet client needs; maintain queue flow.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and ATM; resolve issues.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options to improve customer experience.
• Support branch operations with loss control, compliance, and audits.
