Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in Miami to oversee daily branch operations, partner with the Branch Manager, and ensure exceptional client experiences while complying with bank policies.

You will lead cash-handling activities, promote self-service options, train staff, and help build trusted relationships with clients, in a dynamic retail banking environment that values diversity and inclusion.

• You have 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• You can work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the branch, ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience and feels part of a dynamic community.
• Greet clients warmly as they enter the branch, making them feel valued and appreciated, assisting with transactions, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings.
• Engage clients with clear, polite communication to understand and help them effectively.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, resolving issues while following policies.
• Introduce clients to our friendly branch team to deliver seamless service and build lasting relationships.
• Simplify clients' banking experience by sharing self-service options for 24/7 access.
• Work with the Branch Manager to support branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audits.
