Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to oversee daily branch activities, supervise staff, and ensure compliant, high-quality client experiences. You will manage cash devices, assist clients with transactions, and drive adoption of self-service options.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to educate team and clients. Weekend and evening hours are required in a dynamic banking environment.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and check clients into waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and resolve client issues.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options for 24/7 account access.
• Support branch operations including loss control, compliance, and audits.
