Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency.
• Ability to educate and refer clients to experts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, manage lobby flow, assist with transactions, and schedule meetings.
• Lead branch operations, cash devices, and adherence to bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Work with Branch Manager to support loss control, compliance, and audits.
