Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to oversee daily branch activities, coach the team, and ensure compliant, high‑quality service for every client. The role partners with the Branch Manager to uphold standards and drive service excellence.

You will greet clients, manage lobby flow, supervise cash handling, and promote self‑service options while maintaining strict adherence to policies and loss prevention measures. Travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Detail‑oriented and organized to juggle multiple tasks.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency for accurate transactions.
• Educate and keep branch team and partners informed.
• Build client relationships and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ year of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients on entry, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication; anticipate needs and check them into the queue.
• Lead branch operations: cash devices, vault, ATM; resolve issues while following policy.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and build relationships.
• Promote self‑service options to access accounts anytime.
• Support branch operations with loss control, compliance and audits.
