Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options so clients can access accounts any time.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure.
