Job summary

Centered on building trust, you’ll guide the team to deliver exceptional experiences, manage cash devices, and support loss control, audits, and policy adherence across the branch.

Qualifications

• You follow policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• You maintain attention to detail and stay organized across tasks.
• You lead operations and ensure transaction accuracy in a collaborative team.
• You educate and keep the branch team and partners informed.
• You engage clients and refer them to our experts when needed.
• Minimum 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, manage lobby flow, assist with transactions, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them through the process.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, and resolve client issues while following policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and identify specialized needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support overall branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audits.
