• Adheres to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Detail-oriented and organized to juggle multiple tasks.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency in a branch setting.
• Able to educate and support branch staff and partners.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Willing to work weekends and evenings.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication, understand needs, and check them into the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, and resolve client issues while following policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify the banking experience.
• Support all branch operations with emphasis on loss control, compliance, and audits.

Education
