Marine Credit Union in Wisconsin seeks an experienced Branch Operations Leader to oversee daily branch activities while delivering exceptional member service. You will coach staff, handle escalated member support, and act as a technology liaison to drive efficient workflows.

The role requires leadership in branch supervision, knowledge of banking regulations, and a track record in sales and relationship building. Travel may be required to support multiple locations.

Formación

• Leadership experience and training.
• Knowledge of banking deposit operations and lending.
• Ability to influence and educate team and members on technology.
• Knowledge of credit union laws and regs.
• Ability to build community contacts locally.
• Customer service experience helpful.
• Business development/sales experience desired.
• Certified in Financial Counseling (preferred).
• Fluency in multiple languages preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee branch operations and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Coach and mentor branch staff to meet sales and member-relations targets.
• Provide member support in escalated situations and manage workflow across branches.
• Serve as interim Regional Service Manager in leadership capacity.
• Assist with security, safety, training, onboarding and staff development.
• Expand member relationships and drive loan growth goals.
• Travel as required.
