The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong communication skills, and a comfort with teaching and influencing others, while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in financial services and 3 years in sales or customer service.
• Supervisory experience is preferred (2+ years).
• Leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve branch targets.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a team of sales professionals.
• Customer Focus: Deliver excellent customer service and maintain relationships.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee branch operations, budgets, and compliance.
