Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required; banking experience is a plus.
Michigan Resident Producer credential preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

Assist the Market Leader in driving team performance through clear direction and coaching.
Develop the branch team and ensure service excellence through ongoing coaching.
Expand LMCU's community presence via events and outbound outreach to drive branch sales.
Oversee branch operations, including training, scheduling, and facilities; conduct regular meetings.
Perform integrity coaching and address employee performance issues as needed.
Hold staff accountable for initiatives, goals, processes, and standards.
Celebrate team success and recognize individual and collective contributions.
