Job summary

Marine Credit Union in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced manager to oversee daily branch operations, ensure top-tier member service, and coach staff toward sales and relationship goals. The role supports the Regional Service Manager and acts as a technology liaison across branches.

You will train new hires, foster financial counseling initiatives, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations while promoting growth in member relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading branch teams and operations.
• Knowledge of banking deposits and lending operations.
• Familiarity with Symitar and CX360 software.
• Understanding of laws and regulations related to Credit Union operations.
• Experience in training and onboarding staff.
• Bilingual in English and another language is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide member support in escalated situations and assist with workflow.
• Coach, mentor, and develop branch staff.
• Assist the RSM with Branch Supervisions.
• Expand member relationships to drive loan growth and cross-sell.
• Travel may be required.
