Qualifications

• Three to five years of progressive management experience in a financial institution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance or Business.
• Strong sales, service, planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to adhere to internal policies and regulations (NCUA).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software.

Responsibilities

• Managing the Branch by encompassing all aspects of sales, profitability, staffing and compliance.
• Lead sales meetings and drive branch sales goals.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; take corrective action as needed.
• Communicate effectively with staff and external contacts; manage policy changes.
• Participate in salary staff meetings and contribute to policies and campaigns.
• Oversee loans: ensure loan applications/closings follow policy.
• Collaborate with Marketing for community visibility.
• Support tech enhancements and host system upgrades.
• Handle high-level inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Supervise branch audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Open/close branch, weekend rotations, and maintain security.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws (BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
