Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in a Chase Branch, responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, leading branch operations, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. You will partner with the Branch Manager, guide staff, manage cash devices, promote self-service options, and build lasting client relationships while upholding loss control and audits.

The role includes completing our Branch Operations Lead Training Program and occasional in-person

Qualifications

• You adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Detail oriented and organized to juggle multiple tasks.
• Leadership and operational proficiency ensuring transaction accuracy.
• Educate and inform the branch team and partners.
• Build meaningful connections and refer clients to experts.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the branch, ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience and feels part of a dynamic community.
• Greet clients warmly as they enter the branch, assisting with transactions, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear, polite communication to understand and help them effectively.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM.
• Introduce clients to the branch team, who collaborate to deliver seamless service and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Simplify clients' banking experience by sharing self-service options.
• Work with the Branch Manager to support all branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audits.
