Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to be at the heart of branch operations, partnering with the Branch Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences. You will guide daily activities, oversee lobby flow, and ensure adherence to policies while fostering a community-focused atmosphere.

You will lead a team, educate staff on procedures, and promote self-service tools to simplify banking for clients, with scheduling and weekend/evening hours as required.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain keen eye for detail and organizational skills to juggle tasks.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency to ensure accurate transactions.
• Educate the branch team and partners to stay connected and informed.
• Build meaningful client relationships and educate/refer to experts as needed.
• Minimum 1+ years of retail banking experience; high school/GED or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch environment.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices (cash vault, ATM), ensure compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to enable 24/7 account access.
• Support branch operations, uphold loss control, compliance and audits.
