Job summary

Capital One Irving, TX is seeking a Branch Ambassador for a full-time role. You will be the face of our human-centered banking experience, helping customers with transactions and guiding them through digital tools.

Key duties include ensuring accuracy in high-volume cash handling, educating clients on mobile banking and remote deposits, and identifying customer needs to suggest appropriate solutions. A hospitality mindset and adaptability are essential to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience (preferred).
• Proficient in G-Suite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy, maintaining a compliance-first mindset.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments; enhance convenience and security.
• Identify customer needs through active listening and pair them with appropriate digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers and guide them through the space, balancing efficiency with hospitality.
• Support branches within a 50-mile radius and adapt to flexible schedules and training requirements.
