Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent).
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs while check-in to waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and ensuring accuracy while following policies.
• Introduce clients to the team to deliver seamless service and address specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients at any time.
• Support all aspects of branch operations with a focus on loss control, compliance, and audits.
