Qualifications

• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments to improve convenience and security.
• Identify customer needs through active listening and link them to the right digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers and maintain hospitality, ensuring the branch feels welcoming and not transactional.
• Support surrounding branches within a 50-mile radius and adapt to a flexible schedule including weekends.
