Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling memberships and related products.
• Lead generation and promotions: share travel and insurance offers and conduct outbound calls.
• Respond to member inquiries and help resolve complaints; escalate when appropriate.
• Process payments for policies and products and balance cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to travel and insurance sales staff during peak periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
