Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is hiring a Branch Customer Service Representative in Lockport, IL. You will greet members, promote AAA products, and help provide trusted travel and insurance services while delivering outstanding service.

Based in our on-site office, you will handle inquiries, process payments, and support branch goals. The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, problem solving, and a customer-first mindset with flexible hours Monday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused environment delivering helpful solutions.
• Ability to take ownership, use good judgment, and seek solutions when challenges arise.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning workplace technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership, travel products, banking products, and other ACG offerings.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance specials, provide travel information, and conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and travel products.
• Respond to member inquiries, help resolve complaints, and refer complex questions to senior staff or management when appropriate.
• Process payments for policies, travel products, tickets, and other travel money products while balancing cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to travel and insurance sales staff during peak periods and assist branch goals.
