Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year related work experience.
• Two years in an office environment, healthcare setting or call center preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls on a multi-line phone system and assist patients.
• Process orders, verify insurance, and document for billing.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Schedule deliveries and coordinate with the branch team.
• Gather documentation to bill health insurance plans.
• Provide customer service by phone and in person.
