Capital One in Alexandria, LA is seeking a Branch Ambassador to deliver hospitality-driven service in a digital banking world. You’ll manage cash, educate clients on mobile tools, and tailor solutions to individual goals, while sustaining a welcoming space that blends warmth with technology.

You must have a high school credential or higher, cash handling and customer service experience, with a mindset for continuous improvement and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Proficient in G-Suite; strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume cash transactions with accuracy (deposits, withdrawals, negotiable instruments).
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Identify customer needs and pair them with digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers and maintain a welcoming, hospitality-driven environment.
• Support branches within a 50 mile radius and adapt to schedule changes.
• Maintain compliance with security, audit, BSA/AML, and regulatory standards.
