Capital One in Montgomery County is seeking a Full Time Branch Ambassador to be the heartbeat of our space. You’ll greet customers, handle transactions with care, and guide them through digital tools like mobile banking and contactless payments.

You’ll blend hospitality with accuracy, resolving questions, supporting a fast-paced environment, and helping clients achieve their financial goals while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and a compliance-first mindset.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Identify needs and pair customers with digital tools or banking solutions to help them reach goals.
• Greet customers and balance efficiency with hospitality in a high-volume space.
• Support branches within a 50-mile radius and adapt to flexible schedules as needed.
