Job summary

Capital One in Maryland is seeking a Full Time Branch Ambassador for Eastern Maryland (South Cluster). You are the face of hospitality, guiding customers through cash handling and digital tools while building lasting relationships for a human-centric banking experience.

You’ll educate clients on mobile banking, assist with deposits and payments, and tailor banking solutions to personal and business goals in a fast-paced, community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and uphold compliance standards.
• The Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• The First-Line Consultant: actively listen to uncover client goals and pair them with digital tools or banking solutions.
• The Hospitality Lead: greet customers and balance efficiency with a warm, community-focused approach.
