Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is hiring a Branch & Community Development Manager for Community Bank.

You will drive growth by building relationships, expanding loan and deposit opportunities, and leading a high‑performing branch team. You’ll ensure compliance, coordinate with partners, and engage with the community through external meetings and events to strengthen the Bank’s presence and profitability.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategies to promote deposit growth.
• Lead branch personnel selection and scheduling.
• Ensure staff meet sales/service goals through coaching.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and internal controls.
• Build relationships with customers, local businesses and organizations.
• Travel to training and events as needed.
