You will identify opportunities during conversations, refer to branch staff, and support daily branch operations while leveraging digital tools to make banking easier for customers.

Qualifications

• Knowledge, skills and abilities for client service, banking products and risk awareness.
• Experience with teller operations and branch staff collaboration.
• Ability to educate customers and identify banking opportunities.
