Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Significant experience in banking, financial services, or customer service with increasing responsibility.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including staff recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of facility management, security procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with staff, customers, and community partners.
• Proficient problem-solving and decision-making with sound judgment.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales objectives.
• Understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with computer systems and office software (Windows, Excel, internal bank apps).
• Adaptable to change; stress management; professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Champion high standard of customer service by listening to customers and tailoring solutions.
• Supervise and mentor frontline staff in sales and service delivery.
• Oversee branch facilities; maintain branding and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and address branch needs.
• Ensure adherence to operational controls, policies, and procedures.
• Partner with HR to recruit, onboard, and manage staff.
• Manage and schedule staff; foster a collaborative, performance-driven environment.
• Evaluate direct reports and conduct timely performance reviews.
• Ensure ABC Manager responsibilities are fulfilled or cover gaps when needed.
• Welcome customers and identify financial needs.
• Open new accounts; cross-sell products and services; refer to departments.
• Collaborate with market leaders to grow deposits, loans, and customer base.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and promotions.
• Participate in branch marketing and sales initiatives.
• Coordinate staff training and development.
• Support teller operations and provide backup on teller line.
• Conduct outreach to portfolio customers and prospects.
• Partner with Business Bankers for joint customer meetings.
• Uphold compliance, security, and confidentiality standards.
