Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to support patients by phone and in person, ensuring timely, accurate order processing and insurance billing. You will verify coverage, secure necessary authorizations, and coordinate with the branch team to keep services moving smoothly.

This role emphasizes communication, data entry across multiple systems, and patient-focused service delivery in a dynamic healthcare environment. Strong organizational skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of related work experience in office, healthcare, or call center (2+ preferred).

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist patients with information and issue resolutions.
• Process orders, verify insurance, obtain authorizations per payor guidelines.
• Review patient accounts and collect documentation to bill health plans.
• Collect credit card payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Coordinate with sales/referrals to gather required documents.
• Perform outbound satisfaction calls to patients.
• May download device data and perform basic functional tests.
• Other duties as assigned.
