Responsibilities

• Greet patients in person and answer calls on a multi-line system.
• Process branch duties: new orders, verify delivery, and schedule appointments.
• Review insurance documentation and obtain authorizations per payor guidelines.
• Gather referrals and documentation to bill health plans.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Support sales, referrals, and patients to meet insurance requirements.
