Job summary

You will handle routine transactions, support walk-in and scheduled appointments, and collaborate with partners to meet customer needs while upholding strict compliance and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) with at least 1 year of proven retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with varying customers (consumer to small business).
• Ability to effectively handle difficult customer conversations.
• Well-organized with proven time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work under tight time constraints in a team environment.
• Proficiency with internet user-level technology.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and explain features and benefits of banking solutions.
• Engage customers to bank with us and promote digital capabilities.
• Explain loan application criteria at a high level.
• Complete servicing-related responsibilities for Consumer and Business Banking relationships.
• Follow the sales process and provide customer-focused guidance.
• Proactively reach out to retain and expand relationships.
• Maintain adherence to customer service standards and log interactions.
• Assist with AML/KYC processes and flag suspected fraud.
