Formación

• High school diploma or GED required, plus 1 year of proven retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to interact with varying customers from consumer to small business.
• Ability to handle difficult customer conversations and work under time constraints.
• Proven time management and prioritization skills; proficient with internet user-level technology.

Responsabilidades

• Educate customers and explain features and benefits of Consumer and Business Banking solutions; make recommendations.
• Engage customers to bank with us and promote digital capabilities in interactions.
• Explain loan application criteria and complete servicing tasks for Consumer and Business Banking relationships.
• Follow the sales process and provide customer-focused advice and guidance.
• Proactively reach out to retain and expand Consumer and Business Banking relationships.
