Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; minimum 1 year of proven retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with diverse customers.
• Proficiency with internet-based technology and basic computer skills.
• Bilingual capability preferred depending on branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and explain features and benefits of Consumer and Business Banking solutions; make recommendations based on customer needs.
• Engage customers and promote digital banking capabilities.
• Explain high-level loan decision criteria to customers.
• Perform servicing tasks for Consumer and Business Banking relationships and identify opportunities to address other banking needs.
• Follow the bank’s sales process and provide customer-focused advice and guidance.
• Proactively reach out to customers to retain and expand relationships.
• Adhere to customer service standards and provide a differentiated experience.
• Assist with lobby management and greet customers; refer to appropriate banking partners as needed.
• Support AML/BSA/KYC processes and escalate suspected fraud; log customer complaints.
