Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and explain features and benefits of Consumer and Business Banking solutions; make recommendations based on identified needs.
• Engage customers and promote digital capabilities in interactions.
• Explain high level criteria used to decision loan applications.
• Complete servicing-related responsibilities for Consumer and Business Banking relationships; identify opportunities to solve banking needs.
• Follow sales process; provide customer-focused advice and guidance.
• Proactively reach out to customers to retain and expand relationships.
• Adhere to service standards and deliver solutions in moments that matter.
• Lobby management: greet customers and solve banking needs.
• Refer appropriate banking partners when opportunities arise.
• Stay current with AML, BSA, and KYC processes and identify suspected fraud.
• Resolve customer complaints and log interactions; review overdrafts.
• Complete transactions accurately and document interactions in the system.
• Comply with risk controls and audit points; support brand and culture.
