Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a outgoing, people-focused banker to join our branch team in New York. You’ll build lasting customer relationships, provide trusted financial guidance, and help clients plan spending, saving and borrowing with care.

You’ll promote digital banking tools, work with partners across Wealth Management and Mortgage, and support a high-volume branch environment with weekend/evening hours. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs.
• Proven ability to build relationships and recommend products.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.
• Multitasking and self-motivation in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• SAFE Act pre-employment screening and NMLS identifier required.
• Video interview assessment after applying within 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial recommendations and solutions to customers.
• Help customers with spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs.
• Promote digital and mobile banking tools (app and ATMs).
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
