Job summary

Citizens Bankers seeks an outgoing individual to become the face of our branch, helping customers with financial guidance and solutions. You will build relationships, promote digital banking, and coordinate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams.

The role includes outbound calls, scheduling checkups, and adhering to financial policies. Strong communication and empathy are essential for helping clients reach their goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience demonstrating goal achievement.
• Ability to identify customer needs and build relationships using digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing.
• Introduce customers to digital/mobile banking and assist with app/ATM transactions.
• Collaborate with Wealth Mgmt, Mortgage and Business Banking for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
• Adhere to all financial policies and cash handling procedures.
