Job summary

Georgia’s Own Credit Union is seeking a Universal Banker Manager to lead Universal Banker I and II across a branch cluster. This role emphasizes coaching, performance management, staffing coordination, and ensuring consistent service and sales execution.

The UBM will travel between branches, mentor staff, and partner with the Area Service Manager to drive branch goals while maintaining high member satisfaction and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years in retail banking or credit union environment.
• 2+ years supervisory or coaching experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of deposits, lending, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Universal Banker I and II across branch clusters.
• Coach employees, conduct reviews, and manage performance.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, and deployments across branches.
• Promote service standards and resolve member concerns.
• Travel regularly among branches to provide leadership.
